Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AZ Training Center platform at https://aztrainingcenter.app(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You must create an account to access paid courses and track your progress. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be honored if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days or once a certificate of completion has been issued.
• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content will be resolved or refunded at our discretion.

All course content, including text, images, videos, and materials, is owned by AZ Training Center or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content without written permission
• Record, screen-capture, or download video lessons
• Share your account credentials to allow others to access paid content
• Use course content for commercial purposes

Content you submit (such as comments or feedback) grants us a non-exclusive license to use and display that content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without written permission

Certificates are issued upon completing all required lessons in a course. Certificates are for personal achievement and record-keeping purposes only. AZ Training Center makes no representations about the acceptance of certificates by any employer, institution, or licensing body.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Course content, including martial arts techniques, is for educational purposes only. AZ Training Center is not responsible for injuries sustained while practicing techniques demonstrated in course materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Training Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
